Experience straighter teeth, enhanced bite, and confident smiles with braces, SureSmile or Invisalign.

Orthodontic Treatments

By choosing braces or Invisalign, you embark on a journey to achieve not just straighter teeth but also an enhanced bite, improving your overall oral health and confidence. Braces gently guide teeth into proper alignment, correcting issues like crowding, spacing, or misalignment, while Invisalign offers a discreet and comfortable option to straighten teeth using clear aligners. With both treatments, you'll enjoy the benefits of improved dental function, easier oral hygiene, and a radiant smile that boosts your self-assurance in every aspect of your life.

Our dental team will offer you their experienced recommendation based on your specific needs, ensuring a straighter, healthier smile. Whether correcting overcrowding, gaps, or bite issues, our treatment enhances dental alignment, improves oral health, and boosts your confidence for a brighter, more confident you.

We're here to help you make informed choices for a healthy smile, no judgment, no pressure.

Phase 1 Orthodontic Treatment

also known as early or interceptive orthodontic treatment, is a proactive approach to addressing orthodontic issues in children before all of their permanent teeth have erupted. This phase typically begins around the ages of 7 to 10 when a child still has a mix of primary (baby) and permanent teeth.

The goals of Phase 1 orthodontic treatment may include:

  1. Correcting bite problems such as crossbites, underbites, or overbites.
  2. Guiding the proper eruption of permanent teeth to prevent crowding or misalignment.
  3. Creating space for crowded teeth to come in properly.
  4. Addressing habits like thumb sucking or tongue thrusting that may affect dental development.
  5. Improving facial symmetry and jaw growth.

Phase 1 treatment often involves the use of orthodontic appliances such as braces, expanders, or space maintainers. It typically lasts for about 6 to 18 months, followed by a period of rest where the child's growth and dental development are monitored. After the primary goals of Phase 1 treatment are achieved, Phase 2 treatment, which involves comprehensive orthodontic treatment with braces or aligners, may be recommended to fine-tune tooth alignment and bite relationships once all permanent teeth have erupted.

Phase 2 Orthodontic Treatment (Braces or Clear Aligners)

  1. Traditional Braces: this treatment consists of metal brackets and wires that are attached to the teeth and gradually adjusted to move the teeth into the desired position. They are highly effective for correcting complex orthodontic issues.
  2. Clear Aligners (e.g., Invisalign or SureSmile): Clear aligners are removable, custom-made invisible trays that gradually move the teeth into alignment. They are transparent and discreet, making them popular among adults and teenagers who prefer a more inconspicuous orthodontic treatment option.

The most suitable orthodontic treatment option depends on factors such as the severity of the orthodontic issue, the patient's age, lifestyle preferences, and treatment goals. Whether it's traditional braces or clear aligners, our goal is to create a straighter, healthier smile that boosts your confidence and enhances your overall well-being.
